Join us on Saturday, May 25 for the annual Murph challenge at our brand new facility.
Heat times start bright and early at:
6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, and 9 AM.
We’re waiving drop-in fees to welcome first-timers and visitors—especially at our 8 AM slot (Community WOD), perfect for those wanting to check us out and meet the team. We just moved into a brand new facility! If you are here for the open house, plan to stick around and chill with us/ask as many questions as you need from our staff!

The Murph Challenge is more than just a fitness test; it's the official annual fundraiser for the LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, presented by Forged®. Since 2014, Forged® has raised over $2,000,000 through this event, funding scholarships and constructing facilities in honor of Lt. Murphy's legacy. In 2022 alone, the campaign raised over $300,000, helping to complete the LT Michael P. Murphy Navy SEAL Museum/Sea Cadet Training Facility in NY, and awarding 40 scholarships totaling around $200,000 in 2023.
