KICKSTART is our slower-paced, small-group class designed specifically for beginners or anyone returning to fitness after time away. Whether you're newt o strength training, nervous about jumping into a regular CrossFit class, or just want a more personalized experience to build consistency — this is the place to start.
In each 60-minute class, you'll be guided by a certified coach through warm-ups, technique work, and beginner-friendly workouts that emphasize proper form, foundational movements, and long-term sustainability.
