Diana Williams has been a faithful and foundational member of the CrossFit Vicerant team for over nine years. With 15+ years of experience teaching fitness, she brings professionalism, passion, and a true team-player mentality to every class, every check-in, and every athlete she supports.
Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. Her ability to coach both the mind and body makes her a powerful mentor for anyone looking to make lasting change — whether through training, nutrition, or mindset.
As our Client Relations Specialist, Diana helps ensure every member feels supported, heard, and guided through their journey at Vicerant. She plays a major role in Vicerant Nutrition, coaching clients through lifestyle changes with empathy, accountability, and heart.
Diana continues to lead from the front most recently completing her first HYROX competition on a team with Coach Nicole, and currently training for the Marine Corps Marathon. Known for her love of burpees (yes, really!) and her unwavering consistency, Diana leads by example and brings joy, connection, and calm strength to our community. She’s not only a phenomenal coach she’s family.
