HYROX is one of the fastest growing fitness races in the world, and for good reason. Unlike traditional obstacle races or pure running events, HYROX combines eight functional workout stations with one kilometer runs between each one, creating a race-day experience that is challenging, measurable, and accessible to athletes of every fitness level. You know exactly what is coming. You train for it. You race it. And then you want to do it again.

WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX consists of 8 x 1km runs alternated with 8 functional workout stations including the SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. It can be completed solo or with a partner, and there are divisions for every age and ability level.

HOW WE TRAIN FOR IT
At CFV, HYROX training is built directly into your weekly programming. If you are already showing up, you are already preparing. We dedicate Thursday programming to HYROX-specific training and host a dedicated HYROX class every Saturday at 7:00 AM. No separate membership required. No extra work needed. Just show up.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Everyone. First timers who want a goal to train toward. Experienced athletes chasing a PR. Partners who want to race together. If you can move, you can do HYROX — and we will help you get there.
