

FIT (Functional Interval Training) is our 45-minute, coach-led class built around functional bodybuilding principles and designed to support long-term strength, movement quality, and overall performance. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve joint stability, or add focused strength work alongside CrossFit, FIT gives you a purposeful way to train with intention.
This class emphasizes controlled strength work, moderate conditioning, and time to actually feel the movements—without the pressure of racing the clock or mastering complex lifts. FIT is about moving well, building resilience, and supporting everything else you do in the gym.
In each class, a certified coach will guide you through a structured warm-up, targeted strength and interval work, and a focused cooldown—allowing you to build strength safely while improving body awareness and confidence.
