Kathryn Hill

Kathryn Hill is a longtime CrossFit Vicerant member turned coach and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on the team. She brings consistency, positivity, and determination that lifts the entire community. Kathryn is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach who shows up religiously at 6AM, setting the tone for the day with her discipline and energy. Her journey from athlete to coach has been inspiring to watch, and her presence on the floor reflects her commitment to growth both her own and the athletes around her.

With a gymnastics background from childhood, Kathryn naturally gravitates toward bodyweight and skill-based movements, and she brings a sharp eye and genuine excitement to helping others improve in those areas. Whether she’s leading a class or grinding through an early-morning WOD, Kathryn is consistent, encouraging, and a perfect example of what it means to lead by showing up. Her transition from member to coach is just the beginning and we’re so lucky to have her on the team.
